Title:
TAPE REMOVAL DEVICE FOR PRINTED BOARD STACK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH082803
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To easily and accurately dispose of a peeled adhesive tape by cutting the tape at one side for reversing an aluminum sheet to the other side thereof, moving the reversed aluminum sheet and a printed board stack along a thicknesswise direction, and peeling the tape from the side and lower surface of the stack.

CONSTITUTION: Adhesive tapes 5 at one side are cut with a cutting mechanism 12, thereby keeping an aluminum sheet 4 connected to a printed board stack 1 only via the tapes 5 at the other side. In this case, the tapes 5 act like a hinge keeping the aluminum sheet 4 free to turn toward the other side, and the aluminum sheet 4 is externally reversed by 180 degrees with a reversing mechanism. Furthermore, the reversed aluminum sheet 4 is held on a retaining mechanism and, then, the sheet 4 reversed with a tape peeling mechanism and a printed board stack 1 are shifted relatively in a thicknesswise direction. As a result, the tapes 5 are peeled from the side and lower surface of the printed board stack 1.
