Abstract:
PURPOSE:To readily and accurately form a spiral coil by using a rod-shaped core formed with a spiral groove, and coupling a plurality of cylindrical coil segments obtained by engaging sheetlike coil segments with the groove. CONSTITUTION:Two projections 5a, 5b disposed at the prescribed interval are spirally projected on the outer periphery of a core 4, and a groove is formed between the projections 5a and 5b. Coil segments 1b are wound to be engaged with the groove of the core 4 by a pressing roll 7. Then, the spiral segments 1b are removed from the core 4. A plurality of the segments 1b obtained in this manner are contacted with each other to become a cylindrical shape to produce a spirally wound coil.
