Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a novel thienotriazolodiazepine compound having both a PAF-antagonistic action and a histamine-antagonistic action. CONSTITUTION:A compound of formula I {Ar is pyridyl or phenyl capable of having one to three substituents selected from halogen, OH, alkyl, group of formula II [W is (CH2)1-4, O, OCH2, etc.; R<5>-R<7> are H, halogen, OH, alkyl, etc.], etc.; R<1> is H, alkyl; R<2> is R<1>, cycloalkyl; R<3> is R<1>, CF3; A is substitutable 1-6C alkylene; Q is a group of formula III (R<4> is phenyl, aralkyl, arylcarbonyl, etc., which can be substituted), a group of formula IV (R<10>, R<11> are H, halogen, CF3, NH2, NO2, alkyl, etc.)} or an acid adduct salt thereof, e.g. 2-[3-(4- diphenylmethyl-1-piperazinyl)propyl]-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-6,9-dimethyl-6 H-thieno[3,2- f][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a][1,4]diazepine.1/4 hydrate.
