PURPOSE: To greatly shorten working time, and to prevent a human error, and to execute image converting work without impairing the reliability of print-of-seal image data.

CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with an input editing means 4 to input a pre-conversion image file 1 and a resident information file 2, a conversion device 5 to receive unitarized image information from the input editing means 4 and convert an image part from image information, an extracting means 6 to receive a result from the conversion device 5 and store the image part in a post-conversion image file 7, and a collation list output means 8 to receive the result from the conversion device 5 and print an image and the resident information of its basic information to a printing device 9.
