PURPOSE: To connect a gas meter whose outlet and outlet have different conter gap easily and surely within a shortest distance with no need of two-types of gas meters whose outlets and inlets are reverse in right and left.

CONSTITUTION: A right and left reverse connection stand 11 and an eccentric nipple 9A are joined between a gas meter and a pipeline. The right and left reverse connection stand 11 connects a flowing-in route 7 and a discharging-out route 8 reversely in the inside. The right and left reverse connection stand 11 has difference between the center distance of an inlet connecting part 3 and an outlet connecting part 4 and the center distance of a flowing-in pipe connecting part 5 and a discharging-out pipe connecting part 6 and one is made to be wider than the other. The eccentric nipple 9A is made so as to have both connecting mouthes 9a at both ends in parallel mutually and an eccentric center.
