Abstract:
PURPOSE:To impart a tissue pattern and a sufficient tear strength to a raised woven fabric using ultrafine fibers. CONSTITUTION:A tissue-patterned woven fabric using ultrafine fibers is characterized in that the ground tissue part of the woven fabric occupies >=90% (area ratio) and has raised fibers having an uniform length and that the patterned tissue part substantially comprises warps and wefts both being uncut.
