PURPOSE: To obtain a multi-stage filter circuit whose components are constituted incorporatedly by arranging oppositely ≥3 electrodes via ≥2 thin dielectric layers and setting each earth connecting terminal among opposed electrodes in opposite direction.

CONSTITUTION: The electrodes 20∼22 are arranged via dielectric substrates 19a, 19b. The electrodes 20, 22 form a distributed inductor and a distributed capacitor is formed by the dielectric substrate 19a between the electrodes 20 and 21 and the dielectric substrate 19b between the electrodes 21 and 22. Each earth terminal of the electrodes 20∼22 is set in opposite direction among the opposed electrodes. The filter circuit block is made thin in its profile miniaturized by constituting incorporatedly the inductor component and the capacitor component.
