Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prepare a deodorizing substance for gralic, by washing the thin coats of an anion with water, drying and powdering it, blending it with powdered green tea, followed by packing the blaned to a bag.
CONSTITUTION: The thin coats of an anion are washed with water and dried by hot air and sunlight. They are powdered and blended with powdered green tea in a weight ratio of 1:2, and the blend is packed to a paper bag for boiling. A bad smell after eating a dish containing gralic is prevented by having a drink obtained by immersing the prepared deodorizing substance 1 in a cup of hot water.
