PURPOSE: To prevent dishes from chipping and cracking caused by heat shock occurred in the process of washing and rinsing by controlling to use the washing water stored in a tank as washing water in the rinsing process after heated.
CONSTITUTION: The first water pipe 19 feeds water into a washing tub 1 from the nozzle set in the place where splashes of water do not hit dishes 2 directly. The second water pipe 21 feeds water to a reservior 20 placed at the upper part of the washing tub 1. In the process of washing, a control device 18 heats water in the washing tub 1 to a given temperature by a heater 15 and activates a wash pump to spot water from a wash nozzle 12. As hot water hits the reservior 20, water in it is heated. A part of the water in it pours down over dishes 20 from a nozzle 24 removing leavings stuck to dishes and taking them out. The rest of water poured down into the washing tub 1 from the nozzle 24 is jetted from the wash nozzle 12. Through a series of these processes dishes are cooled down gradually.
