Abstract:
PURPOSE: To dispose of a waste matter so as to be able to reuse a serviceable matter within the waste matter as much as possible and recover chlorofluorocarbon which is a cause of destruction of the ozone layer. CONSTITUTION: A pretreatment device 3 is constituted of a cooling medium recovery device 4, a large-scale glass taking-out device 5 and a metallic lump classifying device 6, hereupon, as for large-scale waste matters, pretreatments corresponding to respective waste matters are performed and sent to a crushing device 7. Hereupon, the waste matters are crushed so that the waste matters are separated every material from each other, a foam molding material is separated from the waste matter by a light matter classifying device 8 and a ferrous metal and a nonferrous metal are classified respectively. Then a vinyl chloride plastic is separated from the waste matter by a plastic classifying device 12 and an easily reclaimable plastic is obtained. Then a metallic lump separated by the pretreatment device 3 is crushed by a freeze crushing device 16 and put together with the heavy waste matter from the light matter classifying device 8. On the one hand, a foam molding material separated by the light matter classifying device 8 is separated into a foaming agent and a resin and recovered.
