Title:
EAR MERIDIAN POINT STICKING NEEDLE AND PIERCE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH07477
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To stimulate a meridian point effectively while eliminating metal allergy otherwise caused by simply mounting on a pinna by arranging a pin body piercing the pinna made of a magnetic metal to be covered with a synthetic resin film.

CONSTITUTION: A pin body 11 made of metal of an ear meridian point sticking needle 10 comprises a metal allowed to by magnetized such as iron, nickel or stainless steel and is magnetized properly beforehand to form a magnetic body. The surface of the pin body 11 is covered integrally with a synthetic resin film 15 to prevent metal allergy which will be caused by direct contact between the pin body 11 and human body. When the ear meridian point sticking needle thus arranged is used, the meridian point in the pinna is stuck to be stimulated effectively not only by stimulation with the needle but also by magnetism of the pin body 11, thereby enabling a higher treating effect. The covering of the pin body 11 with the synthetic resin film 15 eliminates the generation of metal allergy.
