Abstract:
PURPOSE:To have winding of long distance with a constant tension by furnishing a wind-in part and a press roller, equipping each takeup part (bobbin) with a slip mechanism, and thereby giving constant tension without risk of severance of a hoop material. CONSTITUTION:A hoop material 1 cut by a slitter device 3 into a minor width is held by a press roller 5 and a drive roller 4, having a speed higher than the feed-in speed of the slitter, and wound on a bobbin 2 in the condition with no slippage. In the case the hoop material is free from slack and elongation, individual winding is made by bobbin having respective slip mechanism in the takeup part 2 while a constant tension is held. In the case any elongation or slack is generated, only the hoop material portion situated in the applicable part of generation is taken up at the takeup speed of the takeup bobbin, and the generated slack or elongation is absorbed within a certain period of time. Accordingly the cutting 3 in the previous process is free from influence of the multi-row hoop material having undergone the cutting process, and even a long stretching multi-row material 1 can be taken up smoothly.
