Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device, which is constituted to perform highly-efficient inspection of an article to be inspected, such as a atomic power fuel pellet, through management of conveyance of the article to be inspected and facilitate a work, with economical efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: A space 39 in which a conveyance container 5 to feed and recover and convey an article 2 to be inspected on which subsequent inspection is applied is contained is formed in the vicinity of inspection equipment 38 for the article 2 to be inspected. By controlling conveyance of the conveyance container 5, the conveyance containers 5 are transferred without any loss at no work intervals of the inspection equipment 38.
