PURPOSE: To contrive to rationalize the reuse of the excrement of cattle and waste matter discharged from a household, while enabling to dispose the massive amounts of them, by separating the excrement of cattle and said waste matter received in a drier tube from water to be drained by the drier tube, a vacuum means and a liquid reservoir to dry them.

CONSTITUTION: A material to be dried is received in a reservoir tank 1, a drier tank 14 is received inside a steam pipe 11 in a drier tube 10, and exhaustion in the drier tank 14 is performed by suction with a vacuum means 32. In a liquid reservoir 27 communicated to the drier tube 10 and the vacuum means 32, liquefied water from said sucked exhaust gas is received. In this apparatus, waste matter, e.g. the excrement of cattle and crude garbage discharged from a household, containing waste liquefied water received in the drier tube can be dried by separating it from the waste liquefied water. Thus, the rationalized reuse of them can be contrived, and their mass production treatment can be performed.
