Abstract:
PURPOSE:To greatly improve treatment efficiency by constituting the above device in such a manner that processes for mixing plural kinds of liquids can simultaneously and parallel be executed and to reduce running costs by arranging storage tanks for the liquids to be mixed higher than the liquid level of a compounding tank. CONSTITUTION:Electronic metering instruments 21 to 2L are disposed into the plural storage tanks 11 to 1L for housing the liquids to be mixed respectively. On the other hand, the compounding tank 3 to mix various kinds of the fluids sent from the respective storage tanks is installed in the position of the liquid level lower than the liquid levels in the respective storage tanks. Liquid feed pipes 41 to 4L for feeding the liquids at liquid level differences are disposed between the respective storage tanks and the compounding tank 3. The opening and closing of these control valves are controlled by comparing the present value signals of the weights of the respective liquids outputted from the electronic metering instruments 21 to 2L and the desired compounding values of the respective liquids which are previously set by a controller 6. Consequently, plural kinds of the liquids are automatically and exactly taken out and are compounded at a high speed. In addition, the running costs are reduced.
