Abstract:

CONSTITUTION:A locking mechanism 11 which is capable of being locked to/ released from the outside of the upper edge of a storing bag 1 by receiving a lock pin 12 which is also used as a weight is provided, the tightening and loosening of a string 3 is executed by locking to/releasing from a hook member and the lock pin so as to open/close the bottom of the bag, and the string 3 passing through the opening of the bag bottom and an operational string 35 fixed to the upper edge of the bag are integrated through the lock pin 12 which is also used as a weight, and the operational string 35 is passed through the lock mechanism 11.
