Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the thickness of the coil unit of a motor by forming by printing on both side surfaces of a printed substrate the coil unit for driving a motor of a stator. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 14 which is secured via a hub 13 to a rotational shaft 12 is composed of a holder 16 formed in a cylindrical shape having a permanent magnet 15 inside. A permanent magnet 15 is formed by annularly disposing many N-poles and S-poles adjacently in an alternate manner along the inner peripheral surface of the holder 16. A both-side printed substrate 20 has the first drive coil 25 on the outer peripheral surface of the side opposite to the permanent magnet 15, and the second drive coil 26 on the inner peripheral surface. The first and second drive coils 25, 26 are respectively formed in pectinated shape and disposed along the circumferential direction of a base material 24 at the phase difference of 90 deg. of an electric angle. With this structure, the thickness of the coil unit of the motor can be reduced.
