Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a combined concrete panel excellent in load carrying capacity and deformability, by placing oblique steel-fiber concrete layers and ordinary concrete layers on both the sides of the steel-fiber concrete layers between a pair of face-to-face steel sheets. CONSTITUTION:Oblique steel-fiber concrete layers 23 and ordinary concrete layers 23A, 23B are placed between a pair of face-to-face steel sheets 20A, 20b provided with anchor members 20a, 20b and with girder webs 21 at a required spacing, so that the ordinary concrete layers 23A, 23B are located on both the sides of the steel- fiber concrete layers 23. This results in providing a combined concrete panel. To manufacture the panel, partition plates 26 are inserted in between the steel sheets 20A, 20B, the steel-fiber concrete is placed in a central opening defined by the partition plates 26 and the oridinary concrete is placed in openings on both the sides of the central opening. Before the concrete has completely solidified, the partition plates 26 are pulled out so that the steel-fiber concrete layers 23 and the ordinary concrete layers 23A, 23B are adapted to each other. The combined concrete panel of such structure is protected from oblique tension cracking and sharp rupture and has high deformability.
