Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture in the floating type marine structure on which various plant facilities are built and reduce the term of their construction by jointing pre-cast blocks at the lower part and the side of an inner steel frame and placing concrete. CONSTITUTION:The inner steel frame 3 of structure is put on the molding frame 7 which is positioned on a dock through the pre-cast block 8 which is previously jointed at the lower part of the inner steel frame 3. The pre-cast block 8 is jointed by inverting the upper part and the lower part of frame 3 and the concrete is placed. The pre-cast block 9 manufactured at another place is mounted on the side of the frame 3. Then, concrete is placed at the space between the blocks 8 and 9. The manufacture of the marine structure which has concrete outer plates and whose inside is reinforced by steel frames is thus facilitated.
