Abstract:
PURPOSE:To increase the strength of a structure and simplify its construction when a concrete side part that constitutes an outer plate of the composite oceanic structure is formed, by previously forming the concrete separately as a plurality of precast panels, jointing each junction part with a bonding agent and then forming them as an integral unit with the method of prestress. CONSTITUTION:At the manufacture of a side wall outer plate 10 for a composite oceanic structure where a reinforcement frame is provided in the inside and its upper deck is made of steel and side and bottom walls are made of concrete, it is previously formed separately as a plurality of precast panels 11. In the inside of said precast panel 11, a reinforcing steel frame is formed, and a steel deck connection part 12 on its upper part and a concrete bottom side connection part 16 at its lower part are formed, and in its connection end part, joint parts 14, 15 and shearing key 19, notched part 20 are formed. Each panel 11 is connected at its joint parts 14, 15, key 19 and notched part through a bonding agent, and then the application of prestress is introduced to obtain an integral forming.
