PURPOSE: To improve the processing speed, by starting a frequency characteristic compensation circuit in response to the state of a switch of a feedback circuit.
CONSTITUTION: In a signal processing circuit in which the load capacitance and amount of feedback are changed with the switching of a switch such as a switched capacitor circuit, the circuit operating speed is maximun by making the frequency characteristic compensation of required minimum determined by the amount of feedback and load capacitance. In a 1/2 clock delay circuit of the switched capacitor circuit, since the compensation capacitor of the operational amplifier can be small at the clock period in comparison with the reset period, a small compensation capacitor 32 only is operated by opening a switch 41 at the clock perido. The switch 41 is closed at the next reset period to increase a compensation capacitor 31.
