Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent smoke and fire from being generated by integrating control-system and power-system circuits in hybrid ICs formed with an insulating substrate, to mount both the ICs on the resin substrate, and by setting moisture- proof resin agent near a section for connecting the substrate and IC lead terminals to each other. CONSTITUTION:Control-system and power-system circuits for drive-controlling the main section of a rotary machine are integrated respectively and separately in hybrid ICs 110, and both the ICs are mounted on a resin substrate 100, and at a section for connecting the substrate 100 and the lead terminals 113, 114 of the ICs 110 to each other, moisture-proof resin agent 170 is sat. Then, urethan resin coating on both the surfaces of the resin substrate 100 is not required. As a result, smoke and fire are prevented from being generated at the solder- jointing section of a connector, and stability can be improved. Besides, on the connection of a lead wire for great current to flow through, the lead terminal 114 of the ICs 110 can be used as it is without using any connector, and can be miniaturized.
