PURPOSE: To enable to prevent fouling, by calculating contamination factors from the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature, and controlling injection and blow of water processing agents according to the result of said calculation of contamination factors.
CONSTITUTION: In case that a contamination factor γ1-γ4 or γ2-γ3 becomes greater than a prescribed value, a corrosion inhibitor is injected by driving a processing-agent injection pump 28, while in case that a contamination factor γ3 becomes greater than a prescribed value, a slime removing agent is injected by driving a processing-agent injection pump 27. Further, in case that a contamination factor γ4 becomes greater than a prescribed value, a scale removing agent is injected by driving a processing-agent injection pump 26, so as to prevent respective fouling. On the other hand, in case that two or more contamination factors become greater than the prescribed values, the degree of concentration is lowered by opening a blow valve 29.
