Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the labor and time for composition on the generation device for the composite screen to synthesize plural video screen signals. CONSTITUTION:This generation device is equipped with means 1, 2a, and 2b which supply the video screen signals to be composition object, a scale screen signal supply means 3 which supplies a scale screen signal consisting of a group of lines or dots arrayed at proper intervals, and composite display means 4 and 5 which synthesize the desired signals among the video screen signals and scale screen signal and displays the composite screen; and the size of the screen to be cut at the time of the composition is quantitatively grasped on the display screen.
