CONSTITUTION: A collection magnet 1 in which N poles and S poles are arranged alternately in the vertical direction is installed and a regulating means 2 for the distance between the collection magnet 1 and at least one magnet 3 in proximity with the collection magnet 1 is provided so that both are not separated in the horizontal direction, and a placing means 40 for placing an arbitrary article on the collection magnet 1 or the magnet 3 in proximity with the collection magnet 1.
