Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To homogenize pressing force to stabilize the brake performance of a brake activated by rotary sliding of a brake disc by rotation-impossibly setting an almost circular flat plate with a plurality of projections between a brake pad and a lining. SOLUTION: In a drive device for rotating a washing and dewatering tub, one side of a lining face 115 of a brake disc 114 abuts to a flat plate 151 and the other side to a lower case 121. The flat plate 151 is fixed integrally with a brake pad 118 to the lower case 121 by three brake pushing springs 119 and bolts 120 for springs to press the both lining faces of the brake disc 114. When the brake is actuated, a plurality of projections corresponding to the deformation quantity of the brake pad 118 generated by pressing force of three brake pressing springs 119 is equipped on the face on the brake pad 118 to be in contact with the brake pad 118 so as to suppress deformation of the flat plate 151 itself to make the slide face with the brake disc 141 homogenized.
