PURPOSE: To provide a card capable of easily rewriting a symbol by using a two-dimensional data code like a matrix by printing a matrix symbol erasable with heat on a card material for a card provided with two-dimensional data code.
CONSTITUTION: In this card with two-dimensional data code printed with a matrix symbol 2 erasable with heat, since the symbol 2 can be erased with heat, the card can be used again by printing a new matrix symbol 2 on a card material 1. Paper, a plastic plate and a metalic plate are used for the card material 1. In the case of printing a new matrix symbol on the card material 1, specific coating is applied to the card material 1 to make the material 1 lustrous. Then the symbol 2 is printed on the card with heat processing (at temperature lower than erasing temperature). Coating in capable of reflecting light and having about 110 to 120° erasing temperature is used for the symbol 2.
