Abstract:
The invention relates to a recognition system for alerting and early warning against starting and approaching flying objects with active propulsion unit. Certain image-transmitting electro-optical sensors operating in a preselected spectral band are proposed and an image processing and evaluating device adapted to these is used.
Countermeasures can be taken semiautomatically or automatically after a threat analysis has been produced.
