PURPOSE: To provide the cooling tank for bean curd, having excellent workability, by attaching a float to the bottom plate of a water tank, placing an extendable lifting table below the float, attaching the bottom plate detachably to the table, and fixing a rope to the table to enable the adjustment of the height of the table.

CONSTITUTION: The expandable lifting table 6 is attached to the bottom groove of the water tank 1, and the bottom plate 10 placed on the table 6 is furnished with a pair of floats 11, 11 arranged symmetrically at both sides of the plate 10 and with the container 14 at the center containing the handle 12 to fix the plate 10 to the table 6. The whole area of the bottom plate 10 is bored with the water-passing perforations 15. One end of the rope 17 is attached to the top of the lifting table 6, and the rope 17 is guided through the guide rollers 3, 3 attached at the center and the end part of the bottom groove to the outside of the water tank 1. The height of the lifting table is controlled by hooking the sphere 19 attached to the other end of the rope 17 to the holding tool 16.
