Abstract:
The machine has its closing wheel (6) below the working surface. A shaping roller (4) and a beading and feeding-in roller (1) form a bead in the workpiece (100), which during this process is held in the correct position by hydromechanically driven rollers (1, 2). The closing process taking place from below enables the optimum engagement angle to be set on the closing wheel to reduce wear.
