PURPOSE: To acquire close contactness among conductor, magnetic core and divided bodies particularly without use of tightening member and thereby realize reduction in size and simplification of structure by constituting a ring type magnetic core with a plurality of divided bodies, groove and protruded path formed to such divided bodies.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of divided bodies 5, 6 are provided along a conductor 1, a groove 9 and a protrusion 14, and a groove 10 and a protrusion 13 are respectively engaged each other. A ring shaped core 5 can be assembled by coupling the divided bodies 5, 6 by sliding relatively the divided bodies in the axial direction under such condition. After loading the ring-shaped magnetic cores 4 in the desired number by the similar procedures at the external circumference of conductor 1, these cores are subjected to heat treatment for about 5 minutes at about 150°C. Thus, a reactor can be formed by integrating the coupling surface. In such a structure, the ring-shaped magnetic cores 4 can be loaded very easily to the conductor 1 only by arranging the divided bodies 5, 6 along the conductor 1 and engaging the groove and protruded path. Moreover, the coupling surfaces of divided bodies 5, 6 and the coupling surface of divided bodies 5, 6 and conductor 1 are strongly placed in contact, coupling the divided bodies.
