Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attain the fixed time polling by plugging in a power plug of a slave equipment to a receptacle of a lighting line so as to register automatically an address of the slave equipment thereby selecting only the registered slave equipment. CONSTITUTION:A master equipment 4, a slave equipment 5 and an extension buzzer unit 6 are connected to the lighting line 2 via a connector 3 comprising a plug and a receptacle. The master equipment 4 and the slave equipment 5 are capable of two way communication, the polling of a prescribed time interval is applied from the master equipment 4 to the slave equipment 5 nor mally to supervise whether or not the slave equipment 5 detects a fault. Thus, addresses of installed slave equipments are registered automatically, only the registered slave equipment is selected to apply fixed time polling and the auto matic registration is executed in depressing a registration button of the master equipment 4 and in plugging in the plug of the extended slave equipment to the receptacle of the lighting line.
