Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attain a control method for the hydraulic power plant facilities having a discharge valve that can control the discharge valve with no time lag in order to reduce the level fluctuation of a service water tank and also to reduce the capacity of the level of the tank. CONSTITUTION:In regard of the hydraulic power plant facilities where the valves 4 of plural hydraulic turbines 5 and plural discharge valves 7 or bypass valves, etc., are connected to a service water tank 3, an equivalent spout opening amount variable is prescribed to an optional guide vane opening amount for each turbine 5 and valve 4 when the level of the tank 3 is controlled. Then a total equivalent spout opening amount aO necessary for the entire hydroelectric power plant facilities is calculated according to the difference between the target and actual levels of the tank 3. Meanwhile the sum total SIGMAai of the equivalent spout opening amounts of all working turbines 5 is calculated. When the difference aV between both opening amounts is positive, the opening amount of the valve 4 is always controlled so that the sum total SIGMAai of the equivalent spout opening amounts of all connected valves 4 is equal to the difference aV. Therefore the level fluctuation is extremely reduced and therefore the level capacity of the tank 3 is also reduced.
