Abstract:
PURPOSE:To increase forming speed, to improve productivity and further to ameliorate various physical properties of a drawn can by effectively preventing deformation to flattering generated when a metallic sheet is drawn by a punch and a die into a cup. CONSTITUTION:When the metallic sheet is drawn into a cup between the punch and the die, at least part of the place vertical to the rolling direction of the metallic sheet is drawn at a step surface in the direction vertical to the joint between the bottom part and the side wall part of the cup so that it is located inside the diametrical direction as compared with a part located in the rolling direction of the metallic sheet.
