Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an Albata inverted Galileian finder whose negative lens as component is easily produced though the outside diameter of the finder is small and compact, and also having high visibility.

CONSTITUTION: A 1st negative lens 10, a 2nd positive lens 20 and a 3rd positive lens 30 are arranged from an object side to a pupil side in order, and an Albata system is constituted of the 2nd lens 20 and the 3rd lens 30, when (d) denotes the thickness of the 1st lens 10 on an axis and L denotes a distance on the axis between the face of the 1st lens 10 on the object side and the face of the 3rd lens 30 on the pupil side, the following inequality is satisfied; 0.085<d/L<0.120.
