PURPOSE: To install a display unit in a narrow space, provide good illuminating effects and simplify wiring processing by providing the frame body of a main body case with a plurality of partition walls, and using the frame body to cover a rectangular front area at the upper portion of a front frame, and providing light source holding means spaced crosswise, and connecting light sources in parallel to one another.

CONSTITUTION: A front frame display unit 5 is provided with light sources 7a-7d held on a main body base 6 anchored in a rectangular front area at the upper portion of a front frame and lens members 8a-8c each made of a translucent synthetic resin are provided for covering the light sources 7a-7c. The main body base 6 has a plurality of partition walls 9a-9c formed thereon where the partition walls 9a-9c be erected on the front side relative to a frame body which is set to rectangular size such that it can widely cover the rectangular front area of the front frame portion, and means 19a-19d for holding the light sources are provided. The plurality of light sources 7 held by the light source holding means 19a-19d are connected in parallel to one another by common power cords 25c, 25d.
