Abstract:
PURPOSE:To produce a powder laminate having an inclined compsn. with good reproducibility by changing the component ratio of a slurry in repeating operation such that a slurry prepared by individually dispersing a plurality of raw material powders in a solvent and mixing the resulting dispersions in a desired ratio is injected to a target from an ultrasonic nozzle while heated in the course of injection to be laminated as a powder. CONSTITUTION:Respective slurries of raw material powders of the objective number of components are charged in respective raw material stirring parts 29 to be continuously stirred. A prescribed form 4 is placed on an X-Y stage 34 and heated by the heater 37 provided between an ultrasonic nozzle 32 and the X-Y stage 34. Next, the raw material slurries in the respective raw material stirring parts 29 are supplied to a raw material mixing part 31 by prescribed amts. by tubing pumps 30 controlled by a computer. The obtained mixed slurry is sent to the ultrasonic nozzle 32 by a micro-tubing pump 39 to be injected to the base material in the form 4. This operation is repeated in the same way on and after and the mixed slurries are successively laminated as powders while a component compounding ratio is changed to obtain a powder laminate having a desired inclined compsn..
