Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a working fluid which scarcely affects the stratospheric ozone layer and can substitute for R22.

CONSTITUTION: This mixed working fluid is prepd. by mixing 15-90wt.% perfluorodimethyl ether with one or two fluorodimethyl ethers selected from the group consisting of 85wt.% or lower pentafluorodimethyl ether, 50wt.% or lower dimethyl ether, 60wt.% or lower trifluorodimethyl ether, 60wt.% or lower tetrafluorodimethyl ether, and 50wt.% or lower difluorodimethyl ether.
