Abstract:
PURPOSE:To effectively reutilize the selvedge part of a self-adhesive tape and widely use an obtained molded object as a buffer material, plywood for an architectural material excellent in strength and various molded objects by finely grinding the selvedge part of the self-adhesive tape and compressing the ground one or heating the same simultaneously with compression to obtain the molded object. CONSTITUTION:A molded object is obtained by finely grinding the selvedge part 2 of a self-adhesive tape and compressing the ground one or heating the same simultaneously with compression. If a self-adhesive component is a waste self-adhesive tape material not obstructing grinding processing treatment, the presence of a self-adhesive can achieve proper binder effect in the stage of compression molding. In order to obtain a further hard molded object, bonding function can be increased by heating and melting the polyethylene component, self-adhesive and adhesive contained in the self-adhesive tape by a special internal heating method. By this constitution, the selvedge part not reutilized heretofore of the self-adhesive tape can be formed into various molded objects by a dry method advantageous from in view of the cost.
