PURPOSE: To produce a molded product excellent in scratch resistance and flexibility by a process introducing a cover sheet into a mold so that the surface layer of the cover sheet is positioned on the molding surface side of the mold and a process supplying a molding resin into the mold to integrate the same with the cover sheet.

CONSTITUTION: A cover sheet 13 is introduced into the gap between upper and lower molds 20, 21 heated to predetermined temp. and the periphery of the sheet 13 is fixed to the peripheral edge part of the lower mold 21 by fixing pins 24. Next, a molding resin 25 is injected into the lower mold 21 at nozzle chip temp. from the nozzle 22a of a resin injection machine 22. As the molding resin 25, polypropylene is used. Subsequently, by closing the upper mold 20 under predetermined pressure, the sheet 13 is shaped and the molding resin 25 is subjected to stamping molding to obtain a molded product. By this constitution, the cover sheet can be easily shaved by a mold having an uneven or curved surface along the shape of the mold and a molded product having a desired shape can be produced.
