Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a multilayered container having legs wherein a container body is composed of a two-kind three-layered or three-kind five-layered structure in a container receiving food as content and legs are molded simultaneously with the container body. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacture of a multilayered container having legs wherein leg parts 7 composed of a synthetic resin of a single layer or three or more layers are provided to the lower part of a container body 10 composed of at least three synthetic resin layers containing a gas barrier resin layer 3, the leg parts 7 and the container body 10 are simultaneously subjected to injection molding. Especially, when the leg parts 7 are provided as a single layer, in relation to the thickness shape ratio of the branch part of each leg part 7 of a mold, the wall thickness of the base part of each leg part 7 is set to 1,4 times or more, pref., 1.8. times or more that of the side wall and bottom wall of the container body 10 and the radius of curvature of the round part of the base part of each leg part is set to 0.15 times or more, pref., 0.25 times or more the wall thickness of the bottom surface of the container body 10.
