PURPOSE: To provide a spray device which is designed to be operative safely and allows the recycling of a container and a spray block by installing the spray block with a piezoelectric element kept in contact with a passage member in a housing, and consequently, vibrating the passage member as a supersonic transducer.

CONSTITUTION: If a supersonic wave generated by a piezoelectric element 29 which comes into contact with a passage member 21 is released from the basic end of the passage member 21 as a transducer, a convection indicated by an arrow A mark generates in a liquid 9 of a liquid-filled bath 3A and the liquid 9 at the basic end part of a passage 27 of the transducer (passage member 21) tends to be pushed upward. Then, the liquid at the passage 27 receives a force applied in an ascending direction as indicted by an arrow B mark due to a peripheral supersonic surfacial wave, as the transmissivity of the supersonic wave through the liquid 9 is superior to that through the air. Thus, this synergic effect causes the liquid 9 in the passage 27 to be heaved upward. Further, the liquid 9 heaved upward is dissipated in fine mist by the radiant pressure of the supersonic wave on the upper end surface of the supersonic transducer (passage member 21).
