CONSTITUTION: A warehousing and delivery management equipment is provided with an actual article card 1 with bar code which is formed by a bar code seal with a machine number 5 of a machine, a machine number seal according to management divisions 3 and machine kinds 4, etc., stuck on an article card 1, a packing case provided with a pocket for storing the appropriate actual article card 1, a seal for attaching machine numbers according to management dividions, machine kinds, etc., for appending on the main body of a demonstration equipment, a delivery slip with bar code, and a warehousing slip with bar code.
