Abstract:
PURPOSE: To satisfactorily keep luminance of fluorescence and prevent the deterioration of a phosphor.
CONSTITUTION: A release layer 2 is formed on a base film 1, a water-soluble resin layer is partially formed thereon by gravure, and a conductive layer 3 consisting of aluminium is formed on the whole surface by vacuum evaporation. Then, gas release holes 30 are formed in the conductive layer 3 by water washing, and a phosphor ink layer 4 is formed thereon. Further, an adhesive layer is formed by gravure to provide a transfer material for fluorescent screen formation.
