Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a low band converted chrominance signal containing no jitter in a simple constitution.
CONSTITUTION: A low band converted chrominance signal processing circuit applies the low band conversion to an input chrominance signal aa with use of a signal 3a obtained by rotating a VCO output signal 4a having the frequency 535/2fH (H: horizontal frequency). Then a PLL circuit drives a VCO 4 based on an error signal 6a obtained through the phase comparison carried out between the signal acquired by dividing a subcarrier signal cc having the frequency 455/2fH and the signal acquired by dividing the signal 4a.
