PURPOSE: To obtain a compound molding member greatly easy to mount a member on a base by combining the base with a slender and flat molding member that can rotate freely on the base centering one end of the molding member and has an engaging means to the base at the other end.

CONSTITUTION: After forces are clamped holding the base 1 provided with holes A, B and C between the top force 3 having the concave part 3a for providing the main body of a molding member 2 and the bottom force 4 having the concave part 4a providing a plate retaining part 2a and the concave part 4b (mark 4c shows a pin for forming a slot 2c) for providing clicks 2b, molten resin is injected from a gate 3b and hardened to provide the molding member 2. In the compound member obtained, the molding member 2 can rotate centering the hole A on the base 1, other members (such as wiring members) 5' are held between the base 1 and the molding member 2, the clicks 2b of the member 2 are inserted into and fixed to the hole C of the base 1 to fix and hold other member.
