PURPOSE: To manufacture a pressure container with domes at both sides, having different opening diameters by dividing a filament winding process into primary and secondary processes to eliminate a change in laminating angle, resulting from the different opening diameters of the dooms at both sides of the pressure container.
CONSTITUTION: In a primary process, a small boss 5 is fitted to one side end of a rotating shaft 4 and a large boss 7 is fitted in proximity to the other side end via a connector 11, and a jig 6 is fitted to the other side end to form a mandrel 8. If filament winding is applied to the surface of the mandrel 8, a winding band is given in reference to the small opening diameter of a dome. In a secondary process, a laminate 9 is fitted to the rotating shaft 4 again and a jig 10 having a diameter similar to the outer diameter of the large boss 7 is fitted to the opposite side for filament winding to be applied on the outer periphery of the laminate in the primary process. Then, the pressure container and a doom portion are subjected to winding with reference to the large opening diameter of the doom.
