Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a secondary cell by displaying the voltage- drop limit of the secondary cell in usage incorporating a safety device means stopping conduction. CONSTITUTION:The circuit of power supply of a voltage regulating means 4, an indicating means for the operation of charging, a light-emitting diode 9 for indicating charging, and a secondary cell 3 including a red light-emitting diode for displaying charging and the like and a safety device means for showing the voltage-drop limit of the secondary cell 3 in usage and stopping conduction are incorporated. Charging is completed, a fluorescent lamp as an illumination means 2 is lit, and a conduction stopping means 13 is operated and a circuit for lighting is turned OFF when the voltage of the secondary cell 3 is brought to fixed voltage or less in the presence of a battery-discharge lowering limiting voltage detecting means 7 as one part of the safely device means after usage for a fixed time.
