Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the working property of the manufacturing work of an armature, and to prevent the disintegration of the form of a coil by forming coil pieces by bending a flexible printed wire and laminating and arranging the coil pieces and molding them with resin. CONSTITUTION:A flexible printed wire 10 shaped by holding a large number of copper wires 12 in parallel between an insulating substrate 11 and an insulating coating 13 is successively bent and machined at predetermined positions, each copper wire of a starting section and a terminal section is connected while being displaced at every one wire, and a flat coil piece 16 is manufactured. A prescribed number of the coil pieces 16 are stacked, a plurality of the pieces stacked are annularly arranged, and integrally molded with resin, and an armature is manufactured. Accordingly, the coil pieces 16 are easily treated, the coil pieces are not disintegrated even when pressure is applied when the pieces are molded with resin, and the armature having excellent characteristics can be manufactured.
