Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device for producing high-quality kneaded dough with high productivity while minimizing manual work due to a worker. CONSTITUTION: In a device 10 for working and processing the band-shaped kneaded dough linked long, especially, dough for noodles, this device is equipped with a placing table 18 having a practically horizontal placing surface 19. The placing table 18 practically horizontally moves repeatedly between two return points. Band-shaped dough 12 is installed on the placing surface 19 while being folded and forms a stack 20. Further, the device 10 is equipped with a divider 21 and when the stack 20 reaches a prescribed height, this stack 20 can be separated from the following band-shaped dough 12.
